In accordance with European standards governing purchases made within the EC, you can buy products on the www.pixmania-pro.com site without having to pay VAT if you have an EU VAT number. The EU VAT number constitutes authorisation from the HM Revenue & Customs office, allowing you to make purchases without having to pay VAT.

EU VAT numbers are issued by any HM Revenue & Customs office. To obtain an EU VAT number, you must contact your nearest HM Revenue & Customs office. This number is also printed on VAT declarations sent to companies.

The service
PIXMANIA-PRO offers product warranties between 1 and 5 years, depending on the manufacturer warranty and the
warranty extension option*. The basic warranty length of your products is 2 years, starting on the day
you receive your order. This period is indicated on all technical specification sheets of our products.
The shipping charges (both ways) to the warranty department are paid by the customer. After this period, the
replacement parts, repair works and possible shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
The products have to be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, to the following address:

The product needs to be sent together with a copy of the sales invoice..
When returning a product, the customer also needs to include the return coupon
that is completely filled in and signed. The charges and risks in connection with the returning of the
product are carried by the customer.
Each returned product that is sent back in order to use warranty services needs first of all to be accepted
by Pixmania-pro. If the product is classified as defect, Pixmania-pro
will contact you to inform you of the repairs that will be carried out.
Products are excluded from the warranty services in the following cases: defects and damages caused by exterior
events, accidents, namely electrical accidents, wear, installation accidents and accidents caused by a use that
does not correspond to the manufacturer's instructions. Modified, repaired, integrated or added products
(modifications by the customer or all other persons not authorized by the manufacturer) are also excluded from
the warranty. The warranty does not apply to obvious damages and conformity defects of the product – in
these cases, all reclamations need to be done by the customer within 7 days after product delivery. If this is
not done, this form of warranty expires.
*Warranty extension option:
For a few extra pounds, if you choose this option, you benefit from
a complete warranty extension for all products failures. We offer
extensions with lengths of between 3 and 5 years.
Your product returned according to your demands: the delivery is made to the address you indicated
when placing your order. The risks will be carried by the carrier,
starting on the date the products leave our premises.
