I am already a client of Pixmania in Italy having bought a Nikon Coolpix digital camera from them last year, the service in Italy was excellent, delivery on time and very easy to order via internet. This year I managed to buy the exact same product as a surprise gift for my brother but using the U.K. Pixmania web site, again excellent service. Very happy with the attention recieved from the customer service, I emailed them a number of times with questions on how to organise sending a product to another country - they replied in a matter of hours each time and all went very smoothly. This was my second purchase from Pixmania. This time I bought a Sony camcorder. It was the best price around and didn't hesitate in ordering from them again as my previous purchase went like clockwork. I was concerned when the item didn't arrive the next day (my previous order did - they deliver next day if you order by a certain time which if very impressive considering they are based in France), so I contacted Pixmania to find out why. I got through to a friendly professional sounding advisor immeadiately and was informed that I had ordered on a French bank holiday and so the camcorder would be delivered a day later. He was right and the camcorder arrived the next business day, well packaged and as described. I know people go on about the French manual thing but you can usually download them online. In this case the camcorder came with seperate manuals in many languages so there was no problem. You have to weigh up the price difference. For me the fact that it's much cheaper, comes with an extra year's warrenty and gets delivered quicker than UK based sites is enough for me. Very impressive.

The camera was a very good price - almost £100 lower than the typical street price, and the shopping experience was very straightforward, with the website easy to use (and it worked on my Mac - no web browser incompatibilty problems). The power adaptor had a European plug andPixmania supplied an adaptor free of charge - I thought that this showed that they were willing to go that extra step to make the customer happy. Pixmania completed and sent my order very quickly, I was in a hurry to buy an iPod before I went on holiday, and had tried to buy it from some other big retailers, but they were having problems getting stock and also some problems with being able to deliver before I went away. I searched around through PriceRunner and found PixMania. I had bought a camera from them last Christmas and decided to check the speed they could complete the order. They said the iPod would be with me the next day, and that was without the express shipping option!! I didn't think they would make it for the next day, but it arrived in the morning, so was under 24 hours from ordering to being in my hands! It gave me more time to fill the iPod with songs, and I will definitly come back to Pixmania in the future. The support I got from the customer service line was great too. Highly recommended.

Blazingly fast service from Pixmania at an excellent price. Ordered the Sony DSC-T1 with 256MB memory card on Tuesday morning, and I had it in my hands by Thursday morning. Customer Service were great, and responded to my emails immediately. Would highly recommend Pixmania to anyone.

overall my experinence of pixmania has been good. my order was deliveried on time and it was easy to track the order that i had placed. i found this really useful. i would definatly order again from this website. i have already told my family and friends about the website and have told them that it is worth while taking a look at the products on the website.
i have also found that the product that i have ordered is great value for money and that pixmania is the cheapest place, that sells this product. i have no complaints about my camera and will definatly be looking at the website, when looking for stuff to go with it.

Best price, very easy on-line ordering,excellent delivey service, (ordered lunch time Thursday, arrived at door before lunchtime Friday), goods fully as decribed.
