The Canon EOS 350D is a real reference in the product range, impressing the digital reflex world with its capacities and high performances. Canon has now launched a worthy successor, the EOS 400D.
Like its predecessor, the EOS 400D integrates a CMS sensor with more than 10 million pixels, a splendid luminous 2.5-inch screen, and the DIGIC II image processor. These optimise reaction speeds and image processing, producing high quality and realistic results. In the same way, the AF system goes from seven to nine points, ensuring exceptional performances even in low lighting conditions, thanks to the very sensitive central collimator.
The big innovation of the EOS 400D is the answer to classical reflex camera weaknesses, which is the prevention of dust accumulation when mounting or removing the body’s lens. This stunning model has an integrated EOS cleaning system using three methods to fight against the problems encountered due to dust accumulation and lens removal. Its internal mechanism design limits dust entering, while the application of antistatic technologies prevents dust from entering at all; and high-frequency vibrations eliminate dust when the camera is plugged in. The visible dust on the sensor is significantly reduced, allowing you to takes photos in complete tranquillity.
The EOS 400D comes with a high quality Canon EF-S 18-55 mm lens, adapted to most sensors, so you can take full advantage of the camera’s capabilities. Keeping the same ergonomics and interface features as the Canon EOS 350D, as well as being compatible with Canon EF and EF-S, the EOS 400D provides its users with high-quality photos.
